Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin presided over several high-profile infrastructural inaugurations, headlined by laying the foundation stone for Chennai's upcoming 27-storey Central Tower. Designed as a modern architectural landmark near Chennai Central railway station, the multi-storey commercial complex will provide world-class commercial office spaces, integrated transit connectivity, and modern public amenities to bolster Chennai's status as a premier global business hub.

Alongside this major urban development, Stalin inaugurated crucial public educational and healthcare infrastructure across the state. In Madurai, Theni, and Pudukkottai districts, the Chief Minister opened newly constructed school classrooms, science laboratories, and library buildings in government schools, as well as modernized Primary Health Centre facilities to upgrade grassroots medical delivery.

The Chief Minister also formally dedicated several collegiate buildings constructed by the Higher Education Department across various districts in Tamil Nadu. Stalin remarked that this synchronized expansion of urban commercial facilities alongside rural schooling and public healthcare illustrates the balanced development model of his administration.
