Among the primary initiatives, Stalin launched Chennai Police's safety QR code system installed across auto-rickshaws and rental taxis, enabling passengers to quickly transmit emergency alerts and vehicle details to police monitoring rooms during commutes.
In Sholinganallur, the Chief Minister laid the foundation stone for Eaton Electric India's advanced manufacturing and research facility focused on sophisticated electrical management equipment. Continuing the administrative schedule, Stalin formally opened the M.S. Swaminathan Wetland Eco Park in Porur, converting urban water catchment zones into protected ecological spaces that support biodiversity conservation and community recreation.
Additionally, Stalin opened completed developmental infrastructure at the Koyambedu Wholesale Market Complex and the Sathangadu Iron and Steel Market, upgrading road connectivity, sanitation facilities, and trading logistics for commercial vendors.
