Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin issued a direct public challenge to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, confronting them over what constitutes genuine administrative incivility and lawlessness. Stalin asserted that collecting vast tax revenues from hardworking Tamil citizens while withholding statutory funds for state welfare constitutes the true embodiment of administrative tyranny. He condemned central strategies that penalize performing states through financial starvation, power usurpation, linguistic imposition, and threats of reduced parliamentary seats.
The Chief Minister declared unequivocally that Tamil Nadu will never bow before authoritarian central pressures, affirming that the state's spirit of democratic resistance remains unshakeable even in the face of political persecution. He emphasized that progressive states contributing generously to the national exchequer deserve equitable fiscal devolution and constitutional respect rather than administrative hostility. Stalin stressed that arbitrary delimitation formulas designed to silence the South will be met with nationwide democratic mobilization across all democratic forums.
Mobilizing citizens under the unifying banner of state rights, Stalin pledged that Tamil Nadu will unite progressive forces across India. He declared that the collective movement will successfully resist central overreach and triumph in defending constitutional federalism.
