Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin robustly defended the state's public safety record, emphasizing that empirical crime statistics demonstrate marked improvements in maintenance of law and order under the Dravidian Model administration. Contrasting the current peaceful climate with previous All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam regimes, Stalin pointed out that Tamil Nadu has remained free from sectarian disturbances and caste clashes, while law enforcement ensures that offenders face prompt prosecution without political shielding.
Stalin underscored that rigorous maintenance of public order and social harmony has made Tamil Nadu India's premier destination for global and domestic industrial investments. He observed that leading multinational corporations choose the state precisely because its stable governance environment guarantees physical safety, reliable infrastructure, and an uninterrupted operational landscape. The Chief Minister cautioned against opposition attempts to distort isolated incidents into systemic crises to create political confusion, expressing dismay that certain media outlets amplify fabricated narratives.
Dismissing sensationalist political campaigning, Stalin declared that malicious narratives cannot weaken the public's confidence in the state police force. He reaffirmed his government's resolve to preserve communal peace and enforce impartial justice for all communities.
