Chief Minister M.K. Stalin reviewed the execution of over sixty official policy announcements made for the three legislative assembly constituencies of the Nilgiris district over the past four years. Meeting with local administrative functionaries and party organizers in Ootacamund, Stalin noted that the overwhelming majority of these commitments have been successfully operationalized, delivering tangible infrastructure improvements and welfare benefits to local residents, plantation laborers, and tribal families.
The Chief Minister instructed party office-bearers and grassroots workers to systematically communicate these administrative accomplishments and welfare milestones to households across every hill hamlet. He stressed that transparent dissemination of governmental achievements is crucial to counter political misinformation and ensure eligible beneficiaries access every entitled service. Stalin highlighted key local milestones, including road connectivity improvements in remote tea estates, modernized civic amenities, and specialized educational facilities tailored for underprivileged indigenous youth.
Stalin urged party cadres to maintain continuous public contact and address local grievances promptly through administrative coordination with district departments. He reiterated that responsive, accountable governance in peripheral and mountainous regions exemplifies the inclusive principles of Dravidian Model administration throughout Tamil Nadu.
