To the two party leaders who announced their alliance yesterday:
Having mortgaged the AIADMK for just two raids, are you now preparing to mortgage the very future of Tamil Nadu?
You speak of a so-called ‘common minimum programme’. Does it uphold state rights, safeguard linguistic identity, secure NEET exemption, and ensure #FairDelimitation?
The people of Tamil Nadu will, once again, decisively reject this treacherous and failed alliance.

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin issued a sharp political critique following the alliance announcement between the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam and the Bharatiya Janata Party. Stalin accused AIADMK leaders of surrendering their party's organizational autonomy to the central ruling party after facing only two federal investigation raids. He questioned whether the opposition leaders were now preparing to mortgage the socioeconomic future of Tamil Nadu to secure personal political relief from central agencies.
Addressing claims regarding a proposed common minimum programme, the Chief Minister demanded clarity on whether the alliance would defend state autonomy, safeguard Tamil linguistic identity, secure statutory exemption from NEET, and oppose unfair parliamentary delimitation. Stalin argued that an opportunistic political pact lacking ideological integrity cannot serve regional interests or address core state grievances. He described the alliance as a treacherous coalition that has repeatedly compromised Tamil Nadu's legislative and fiscal rights.
Stalin concluded that the people of Tamil Nadu possess acute political clarity and will decisively reject the opposition coalition once again. He expressed confidence that electors will defeat opportunistic alliances and uphold Dravidian Model governance in upcoming elections.
