Chief Minister M.K. Stalin affirmed that education stands as the ultimate instrument for human empowerment and social liberation. Reaffirming the core ideological tenets of the Dravidian movement, Stalin noted that knowledge acquisition remains the single most reliable path toward eradicating historical caste inequalities, economic deprivation, and gender disparities. He emphasized that an educated populace forms the essential foundation of a progressive, self-respecting, and prosperous democratic society across all regions.

The Chief Minister highlighted that his administration directs extensive public resources into school modernization, higher education stipends, and research infrastructure to ensure universal access for underprivileged communities. He noted that policy interventions such as the Pudhumai Penn scheme and the Chief Minister's Breakfast Scheme actively remove economic barriers preventing vulnerable children from attending classrooms. Stalin maintained that educational equity must precede broader economic transformation across communities.
