Designed to modernize traditional craft vocations without perpetuating caste-based occupational traps, the inclusive welfare scheme provides financial assistance, skill upskilling modules, and modernized work equipment to artisans. Stalin highlighted that the Dravidian Model government conceived this comprehensive program to ensure that traditional craft workers receive institutional dignity, technological access, and independent commercial viability.

The video presentation illustrated the direct delivery of subsidized loans and modern toolkits to craftspeople engaged in pottery, weaving, metalwork, sculpture, carpentry, and allied artisanal trades. Beneficiaries expressed heartfelt gratitude for the government's timely capital assistance, which liberates small-scale producers from the exploitative clutches of private moneylenders. By providing up to three lakh rupees in subsidized credit, the state enables artisans to scale up production, improve product finish, and access lucrative urban and digital markets directly.
