🏩ஜமாலியா லேன் திட்டப்பகுதியில் #UHDB சார்பில் ரூ. 23.04 கோடி செலவில் கட்டப்பட்டுள்ள 130 அடுக்குமாடிக் குடியிருப்புகளை திறந்து வைத்து, 🧱பல்வேறு புதிய திட்டப் பணிகளுக்கு அடிக்கல் நாட்டி, 🚑பெரியார் அரசு மருத்துவமனையின் பயன்பாட்டிற்காகப் புதிய வாகனங்களைக் கொடியசைத்துத் தொடங்கி வைத்தேன்.
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin undertook an intensive developmental tour of his Kolathur constituency in Chennai immediately following the conclusion of the assembly session. Fulfilling key urban rehabilitation commitments, Stalin inaugurated 130 newly constructed multi-storey tenements built by the Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board at Jamalia Lane with a budgetary outlay of 23.04 crore rupees. The modern apartment complex provides underprivileged urban families with secure, dignified housing equipped with piped potable water, underground sewage networks, and reliable electricity.
In addition to housing inaugurations, the Chief Minister laid foundation stones for diverse community infrastructure projects across the constituency and flagged off advanced utility vehicles for the Periyar Government Hospital. The newly commissioned emergency vehicles will expand mobile medical outreach and enhance emergency healthcare delivery for surrounding low-income neighborhoods. Stalin personally interacted with resident beneficiaries, handing over apartment allotment keys and inspecting the structural quality of the residential blocks.
The Chief Minister affirmed that urban development under the Dravidian Model prioritizes equitable housing and accessible public health infrastructure for vulnerable populations. He reiterated his commitment to transforming urban settlements into thriving, dignified residential communities.
