Congrats Mahesh!

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin commended School Education Minister Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi for authoring an insightful book that exposes the structural flaws and exclusionary impact of the National Education Policy 2020. Praising the minister's political courage and intellectual rigor, Stalin noted that the publication documents how uniform national curricula and three-language mandates threaten social justice in public education. The Chief Minister declared that Tamil Nadu will resolutely deny entry to ideological agendas that undermine equitable learning opportunities for backward and minority communities.
Stalin announced that the state government will file a comprehensive petition before the Supreme Court challenging the Union government's decision to withhold statutory education funds because Tamil Nadu refused to implement the National Education Policy. Drawing parallels to Tamil Nadu's recent legal triumph regarding gubernatorial delays, Stalin expressed confidence that the judiciary will uphold the state's constitutional authority over education policy.
The Chief Minister emphasized that financial coercion will not dilute Tamil Nadu's historic commitment to social justice and its proven two-language formula. He declared that Tamil Nadu will wage this constitutional battle to secure rightful educational funds.
