Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin presided over a comprehensive series of governance inaugurations, laying foundation stones and launching vital developmental projects across infrastructure, agriculture, municipal administration, and social welfare sectors. To serve the expanding global requirements of Chennai, Stalin laid the foundation stone for the state-of-the-art Kalaignar International Convention Centre at Muttukadu. In the agricultural sector, he launched the Uzhavarai Thedi welfare initiative, bringing departmental agricultural extension services, modern technology demonstrations, and farm input delivery directly to farmers doorsteps.

Demonstrating enduring commitment to refugee rehabilitation, the Chief Minister conferred meritorious cash awards of fifty thousand rupees alongside commendation certificates to high-scoring Sri Lankan Tamil students residing in rehabilitation camps across the state. Under municipal administration, Stalin inaugurated forty-nine completed urban utility works and initiated sixteen new drinking water schemes. In transport infrastructure, he dedicated the newly four-laned Malliyakarai-Rasipuram-Tiruchengode-Erode highway corridor and opened a railway overbridge at Palanganatham in Madurai to alleviate chronic traffic bottlenecks. Additionally, forty-one permanent housing tenements were handed over to tribal families at Melpakkam in Ranipet district.

Stalin affirmed that these integrated initiatives reflect the Dravidian Models balanced commitment to urban modernization and grassroots social welfare.
