Stalin addressed party delegates at the DMK General Council 2025, paying homage to the selfless sacrifices of foundational cadres who built the Dravidian movement. He affirmed that steadfast ideological adherence, social justice principles, and unwavering commitment to state autonomy have propelled the party toward its historic centenary with immense public affection. Stalin emphasized that maintaining close grassroots ties and delivering people-centric governance remain the bedrock of the partys democratic endurance.
Stalin announced an extensive statewide membership recruitment drive under the banner Oraniyil Tamil Nadu, urging district leaders to infuse fresh energy into party wings by enrolling enthusiastic youth and first-time voters. He launched a severe political critique against AIADMK leader Edappadi K. Palaniswami, accusing him of surrendering party autonomy and state interests to the Bharatiya Janata Party for narrow political survival. Stalin warned that opposition forces seek to compromise Tamil Nadus hard-won rights and federal self-respect.
The Chief Minister urged cadres to take the transformative milestones of the Dravidian Model government directly to every household. He declared that dedicated cadre mobilization will ensure an overwhelming victory in the 2026 assembly elections.
