Whenever interacting with District Collectors, senior administrative officers, and field personnel, Stalin routinely enquires whether they personally conduct surprise inspections of school kitchens and dining halls. He expressed deep appreciation upon witnessing a government school teacher proactively examining food preparation standards and nutritional value.

Stalin emphasized that the morning breakfast programme represents far more than a basic nutritional intervention or a measure to alleviate childhood hunger. It serves as a transformative structural foundation for Tamil Nadu future, directly improving classroom attendance, preventing early school dropouts, and enhancing student cognitive concentration during morning study hours.
