Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin congratulated the Virudhunagar District Collector, School Education Minister Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi, departmental officials, and government teachers for transforming Tamil Nadu into a state with zero school dropouts over the past four years. Commending their dedicated field efforts, Stalin appealed to educators and the broader public to actively join this mission by identifying any out-of-school children in their localities and guiding them back into formal classrooms.
He underscored that education represents the ultimate wealth that cannot be diminished, urging citizens to inform vulnerable families about comprehensive state welfare schemes designed to support students at every educational phase. These key initiatives include the Chief Minister Breakfast Scheme, high-tech smart classrooms, the Naan Mudhalvan skill enhancement platform, Pudhumai Penn financial assistance for female graduates, and the Tamil Pudhalvan initiative supporting male students.
Stalin affirmed that these integrated welfare interventions eliminate economic barriers to education, empowering first-generation learners to pursue higher studies without interruption. He reiterated his administration determination to uphold academic excellence and maintain Tamil Nadu preeminent position as an undisputed national leader in quality universal education.
