During a major administrative visit to Vellore district, Chief Minister M.K. Stalin launched an extensive land title distribution initiative, presenting official house-site pattas to 21,766 families who have resided on government poramboke lands for over five years. Stalin emphasized that securing permanent land ownership grants unprecedented social dignity, economic stability, and legal protection to thousands of vulnerable rural households, shielding them from the constant threat of arbitrary displacement.
Simultaneously, the Chief Minister advanced Vellore's healthcare infrastructure by dedicating a state-of-the-art multi-speciality hospital, constructed within an impressive two-year timeframe following the foundation stone ceremony. The medical facility currently delivers comprehensive outpatient care and will shortly commence full-scale inpatient super-speciality treatments. Stalin also inaugurated new buildings for seven primary health centers and two sub-health centers, creating a resilient primary healthcare network accessible to remote villages across the district.
The Chief Minister asserted that combining secure land rights with top-tier public healthcare reflects the holistic vision of the Dravidian Model administration. He affirmed that the government will continue delivering equitable welfare and modern civic amenities to every single working-class family across Tamil Nadu.
