The Chief Minister enumerated critical challenges threatening state autonomy, including relentless attempts to impose Hindi, bureaucratic suppression of Keeladi's ancient civilization, and the unjust withholding of legitimate fiscal allocations. He also condemned the devastating impact of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test on aspiring medical students and warned against proposed parliamentary delimitation exercises that risk diminishing the political representation of southern states that successfully implemented population stabilization policies.
