🏥 6.6.2023 அன்று, முதற்கட்டமாக, 500 நகர்ப்புற நலவாழ்வு மையங்கள் திறக்கப்பட்டன.
இன்று இரண்டாம்கட்டமாக,
🩺 ரூ.52 கோடி செலவில் புதியதாக 208 நகர்ப்புற நலவாழ்வு மையங்கள்,
⛑ ரூ.60 கோடி செலவில் கட்டப்பட்டுள்ள 28 ஊரக ஆரம்ப சுகாதார நிலையங்கள் மற்றும் 22 நகர்ப்புற ஆரம்ப சுகாதார நிலையங்களைத் திறந்து வைத்தேன்.

Fulfilling his May 2022 legislative assembly commitment to construct 708 urban health centers across 21 municipal corporations and 63 municipalities, Chief Minister M.K. Stalin dedicated the second phase of primary healthcare infrastructure for Tamil Nadu. Having launched the first phase of 500 facilities in June 2023, Stalin inaugurated 208 brand new urban health wellness centers constructed at an outlay of 52 crore rupees. He additionally opened 28 rural primary health centers and 22 urban primary health centers built at a cost of 60 crore rupees.
The Chief Minister reiterated his administration's steadfast ten-year objective to deliver top-tier public education and world-class healthcare to every citizen without economic discrimination. He noted that localized wellness clinics bring essential diagnostics, maternal healthcare, and free medications directly to neighborhood doorsteps, relieving congestion in major referral hospitals. The widespread health network strengthens preventative care throughout dense urban settlements and remote rural hamlets alike, protecting vulnerable households from crippling medical expenses.
Stalin affirmed that universal access to modern medicine constitutes a fundamental civic right under the Dravidian Model governance, ensuring compassionate and dignified medical treatment for all citizens.
