Stalin conveyed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved parents and relatives. Stalin deputed Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister M.R.K. Panneerselvam alongside the Cuddalore District Collector to visit the hospital directly, oversee medical treatments, and provide necessary personal assistance to the affected families. Demonstrating compassionate administrative support, the Chief Minister sanctioned financial solatium from the Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund, granting five lakh rupees to the families of each deceased student, one lakh rupees to severely injured victims, and fifty thousand rupees to those sustaining minor injuries.
