Detailing the comprehensive service framework of the Ungaludan Stalin program, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin called upon all citizens to actively participate in the 10,000 grievance redressal camps organized across the state. Stalin explained that under this participatory governance model, public officials visit residential localities to directly receive grievance petitions, providing 46 designated administrative services in rural village panchayats and 43 essential services across municipal urban wards.
The Chief Minister emphasized that bringing public administration directly to citizens' doorsteps systematically eliminates bureaucratic lethargy and spares working-class families unnecessary travel expenses and wage losses. The camps process essential documentation including ration cards, revenue certificates, patta transfers, drinking water connections, and basic welfare entitlements under strict 45-day disposal deadlines. Stalin directed district administrations to maintain seamless inter-departmental coordination, ensuring that dedicated field teams record, verify, and resolve public petitions with transparent tracking.
Stalin affirmed that the Ungaludan Stalin initiative demonstrates the people-centric administrative philosophy of the Dravidian Model. He concluded that accountable, accessible governance transforms public trust into measurable, enduring societal progress across both rural and urban areas of Tamil Nadu.
