Announcing the launch of the groundbreaking Ungaludan Stalin administrative initiative, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin outlined a comprehensive strategy to conduct 10,000 grievance redressal camps across the state. Stalin emphasized that the revolutionary program completely transforms bureaucratic culture by ensuring that administrative officers travel directly to citizens' doorsteps to distribute and collect application forms, eliminating the necessity for ordinary residents to visit distant government offices.
The Chief Minister highlighted an informative explanatory briefing shared by Additional Chief Secretary Amudha IAS, which detailed the logistical preparations established across all revenue districts. Stalin explained that the field camps will process applications for essential welfare entitlements, social security pensions, and municipal certificates within a mandatory 45-day window. He noted that door-to-door public outreach exemplifies the proactive governing ethos of the Dravidian Model, which centers marginalized citizens and working-class families in every administrative decision and civic policy.
Stalin urged residents statewide to actively utilize these neighborhood camps to secure their rightful public services without intermediary delays. He affirmed that continuous administrative innovation ensures responsive, accountable, and transparent governance across both rural and urban areas.
