🏞️ #CMDA சார்பில் சென்னை, பெரும்பாக்கத்தில் அழகுப்படுத்தப்பட்ட பூங்கா மற்றும் வில்லிவாக்கம், பாடி, வடபழனி ஆகிய இடங்களில் மேம்பாலங்களின் கீழ் அழகுபடுத்தும் பணிகள் ஆகிய முடிவுற்ற பணிகளைத் திறந்து வைத்து, 91.42 கோடி ரூபாய் மதிப்பீட்டில் 13 #முதல்வர்_படைப்பகங்கள் உள்ளிட்ட 26 புதிய திட்டப் பணிகளுக்கு அடிக்கல்,
🏭 தேசிய கூட்டுறவு சர்க்கரை ஆலைகள் சம்மேளனத்தின் விருதுபெற்ற தமிழ்நாட்டிலுள்ள 5 கூட்டுறவு சர்க்கரை ஆலைகளுக்கு வாழ்த்து மற்றும் கள்ளக்குறிச்சி-2 மற்றும் அரூர், சுப்ரமணிய சிவா கூட்டுறவு சர்க்கரை ஆலைகளில் இலாபப் பங்கீட்டு ஈவுத்தொகையாக ரூ. 22.60 கோடி ரூபாய்க்கான காசோலைகள் வழங்குதல், மற்றும்

Presiding over multiple governance programs across urban development, cooperative enterprises, and environmental sustainability, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin inaugurated several completed Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority (CMDA) projects, including an aesthetically designed public park in Perumbakkam and comprehensive flyover underside beautification works across Villivakkam, Padi, and Vadapalani. Concurrently, Stalin laid foundation stones for 26 new urban initiatives valued at 91.42 crore rupees, prominently featuring thirteen specialized Mudhalvar Padaipagam innovation and community co-working centers.
Recognizing excellence in agro-industrial cooperative management, the Chief Minister congratulated five state cooperative sugar mills that secured prestigious national awards from the National Federation of Cooperative Sugar Factories. Stalin personally presented profit-sharing dividend cheques amounting to 22.60 crore rupees to the successful cooperative sugar factories situated in Kallakurichi-2, Harur, and Subramaniya Siva. In an important environmental milestone, Stalin oversaw a memorandum of understanding signed between the Clean Tamil Nadu Company and IIT Madras to establish a scientifically integrated solid waste management framework.
Stalin concluded that modern urban planning, agro-industrial revitalization, and scientific ecological stewardship together exemplify the multi-sectoral excellence and progressive vision of the Dravidian Model governance across Tamil Nadu.
