Reaffirming the fundamental principle of administrative responsiveness under the Dravidian Model governance, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin highlighted the ongoing statewide implementation of the Ungaludan Stalin outreach initiative. Stalin emphasized that authentic democratic governance requires ministers, district collectors, and frontline departmental officials to step outside administrative secretariats, directly visiting rural hamlets, urban wards, and remote habitations to listen attentively to citizens' daily grievances, civic requirements, and developmental aspirations without bureaucratic intermediation.
The Chief Minister observed that the Ungaludan Stalin program institutionalizes a transparent, accountable mechanism for receiving, tracking, and resolving public petitions within strict time-bound deadlines. Stalin noted that thousands of citizens across diverse districts have received expeditious solutions concerning welfare pension disbursals, revenue land records, drinking water supply connections, and community infrastructure upgrades through these decentralized grievance redressing camps, substantially restoring public confidence in state administration.
Stalin concluded that accessible leadership remains the hallmark of his government, ensuring that every citizen's voice reaches the highest administrative corridors. He reaffirmed that the administration will persistently expand direct public outreach programs across all thirty-eight districts of Tamil Nadu, ensuring responsive administrative assistance for all communities.
