Resuming a pioneering cultural and intellectual outreach initiative following a one-year hiatus, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin announced the formal launch of the third phase of the Maaperum Tamil Kanavu program across the state. Stalin declared that transmitting the foundational ideals of social equality, ancient Tamil archaeological heritage, cultural richness, linguistic primacy, literary treasures, artistic pluralism, and progressive economic development to younger generations constitutes the paramount moral obligation of the Dravidian Model governance.

The Chief Minister detailed that the third phase will encompass over fifty distinguished multidisciplinary scholars, historians, writers, scientists, and thought leaders who will conduct interactive seminars across two hundred colleges, directly engaging with over two lakh students statewide. Stalin emphasized that this massive intellectual dialogue is designed to broaden students' intellectual horizons, foster scientific temper, and inculcate deep pride in Tamil civilization's secular and egalitarian contributions to human history.

Stalin concluded with an inspiring call to Tamil youth to expand their knowledge, unite through language, and rise together as enlightened global citizens. He affirmed that his administration will persistently champion youth cultural empowerment across Tamil Nadu.
