Stalin noted that while previous provisional calculations placed the state at an impressive 9.69 percent, the revised official data confirmed Tamil Nadu's undisputed position at the absolute summit of national economic expansion.
The Chief Minister observed that Tamil Nadu last achieved double-digit economic growth during the 2010-2011 fiscal year under the leadership of former Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi, underscoring that both historic milestones occurred under progressive DMK administrations. Stalin emphasized that when his government initially set the ambitious target of transforming Tamil Nadu into a One Trillion Dollar economy by 2030, critics doubted its feasibility; however, sustaining 11.19 percent growth demonstrates that this vision is well within realistic reach.
