Stalin announced that 1,878 students hailing from state-run government schools have gained admissions into premier global universities and elite national academic institutions between 2022 and 2025. Stalin described this institutional achievement as shattering historic iron gates that formerly barred marginalized students from accessing elite higher learning, praising these bright pupils as trailblazing pioneers who have brought immense pride and distinction to the entire state of Tamil Nadu.

The Chief Minister highlighted that the Dravidian Model administration has methodically dismantled structural barriers through transformative educational interventions, providing intensive entrance coaching, financial scholarships, and comprehensive mentorship programs for government school pupils. Stalin noted that students from economically disadvantaged families, rural farming communities, and historically oppressed social groups are now confidently pursuing demanding disciplines across prestigious Indian Institutes of Technology, National Institutes of Technology, and reputed foreign universities.
