Chief Minister M.K. Stalin presided over a multi-departmental administrative ceremony in Chennai, distributing formal government appointment orders to 1,462 newly recruited personnel across essential public services. Stalin handed appointment certificates to 644 medical and healthcare professionals selected through MRB and TNPSC for the Health and Family Welfare Department, while presenting appointment orders to 818 newly recruited Road Inspectors to enhance rural infrastructure under the Rural Development Department.
Highlighting cultural heritage preservation alongside infrastructural progress, the Chief Minister initiated seventeen new construction projects and extensive restoration works for nine ancient temples exceeding one thousand years of age under the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (HR&CE) Department, while inaugurating fourteen completed religious heritage structures. Stalin also opened newly constructed administrative buildings for rural local bodies across several districts.
In the agricultural logistics domain, Stalin inaugurated five taluk operational warehouses, three modern paddy storage complexes, and two advanced grain storage facilities developed by the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation and Warehousing Corporation. He concluded that integrating merit-based recruitment with advanced storage infrastructure substantially empowers farming communities, secures agricultural livelihoods, and strengthens grassroots public administration throughout the state.
