Chief Minister M.K. Stalin led an extensive series of administrative and infrastructural inaugurations in Chennai, presenting formal appointment orders to newly recruited candidates selected through the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) Group One examinations for key posts including Deputy Collectors and Deputy Superintendents of Police. Stalin conducted an on-site inspection at the Chief Minister's Citizen Helpline Call Centre in Kotturpuram, reviewing real-time grievance redressal metrics, citizen satisfaction feedback loops, and response timelines.
The Chief Minister inaugurated state-of-the-art higher education facilities, including collegiate classrooms, comprehensive examination halls, advanced research laboratories, and an innovation incubation center. In the technical education sector, Stalin formally opened nineteen newly established government Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs), alongside newly constructed training campuses at Perumbakkam, Oddanchatram, and Kadaladi, the state Labor Commissionerate in Chennai, and the Singaravelar rest house in Valparai.
Additionally, Stalin inaugurated a modernized air-conditioned shooting floor at the government-run M.G.R. Government Film and Television Training Institute. He concluded that expanding youth vocational skilling, merit-based administrative recruitment, and modernized civic infrastructure together constitute the fundamental institutional cornerstone of the Dravidian Model governance for economic empowerment.
