Stalin released video footage showcasing primary school students enjoying freshly cooked, wholesome morning meals under the Chief Minister's Breakfast Scheme. Stalin proclaimed that ensuring that no child sits in a classroom hungry represents the living essence and philosophical core of Dravidian Model governance, which places human dignity, equitable social welfare, and child development at the apex of public policy priorities.

The Chief Minister noted that since its historic launch and subsequent expansion, the morning meal initiative has demonstrated measurable successes in eliminating morning hunger, combating childhood malnutrition, and boosting daily school attendance and retention rates.
