The Chief Minister detailed that this exceptional industrial achievement was made possible through meticulous policy planning, rigorous maintenance of law and order, substantial ease-of-doing-business enhancements, reliable continuous electricity supply, and modern transit infrastructure. Stalin highlighted that the administration's specialized skilling initiatives, notably the Naan Mudhalvan scheme, have successfully equipped youth with high-value technical capabilities tailored to modern factory automation and advanced precision engineering.
