Departing from Chennai on an official economic mission to Europe, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin expressed profound optimism regarding his scheduled investment engagements across Germany and the United Kingdom. Carrying the goodwill of the people of Tamil Nadu, Stalin highlighted that his previous foreign economic tours—spanning the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Japan, Spain, and the United States—yielded substantial foreign direct investment and catalyzed significant manufacturing commitments across diverse industrial districts.
The Chief Minister affirmed that his European itinerary is strategically designed to attract high-technology enterprises, precision manufacturing units, and advanced research facilities to Tamil Nadu. Stalin noted that meeting top executives from automobile conglomerates, renewable energy leaders, and technological innovators will showcase the state's investor-friendly climate, seamless single-window clearances, and exceptionally skilled engineering talent pool.
Stalin expressed complete confidence that the European mission will achieve resounding success, reinforcing Tamil Nadu's trajectory toward becoming the nation's foremost industrial economy. He concluded that continuous international economic diplomacy and bilateral trade engagements are vital to realizing the vision of a one-trillion-dollar economy by 2030, generating sustainable, high-paying technical jobs for educated youth statewide.
