Chief Minister M.K. Stalin declared that the Dravidian Model administration has rigorously honored its commitments to the public, fulfilling 364 out of 505 election manifesto promises while keeping another 40 under active implementation. Referring to a comprehensive data-backed briefing presented by senior ministers Thangam Thennarasu, S.S. Sivasankar, and Govi Chezhian, Stalin emphasized that his government has not only accomplished what was promised, but has also implemented transformative flagship initiatives that were never listed in the election manifesto.
The Chief Minister highlighted path-breaking unannounced initiatives—including the Chief Minister's Breakfast Scheme, the Naan Mudhalvan youth skilling program, the Pudhumai Penn higher education stipend, and the Tamil Pudhalvan initiative—as nation-leading innovations that have revolutionized social welfare delivery. Stalin stressed that these milestones were achieved despite overcoming a decade of fiscal mismanagement inherited from the previous administration, severe Covid-19 disruptions, and persistent budgetary discrimination by the Union BJP government.
Stalin reiterated that accessibility, accountability, transparency, inclusivity, responsibility, and sustainability remain the guiding tenets of DMK governance. He affirmed that his administration will continue pioneering social welfare models that uplift underprivileged families across Tamil Nadu.
