Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam president and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin addressed thousands of party cadres gathered at the annual Mupperum Vizha celebrations, proclaiming that the DMK serves as an impregnable fortress safeguarding the state's self-respect and cultural rights. Highlighting the historic mission of the Dravidian movement, Stalin declared that party workers stand fully prepared to create political history by defending regional autonomy and preventing Tamil Nadu from bowing before authoritarian and anti-federal forces.

Stalin reminded party members that the Mupperum Vizha commemorates three milestone events: the birth anniversary of social reformer Thanthai Periyar, the birth anniversary of DMK founder C.N. Annadurai, and the founding day of the party itself. He underscored that these intertwined ideological roots provide the moral conviction and organizational vitality that power the party's continuous electoral resilience and administrative vision.

The Chief Minister urged cadres to remain vigilant, disciplined, and proactive across every neighborhood and polling booth in preparation for upcoming democratic battles.
