Chief Minister M.K. Stalin participated in special Grama Sabha meetings conducted across Tamil Nadu, describing village panchayats as the bedrock of the nation's democratic governance. Addressing local residents as the chief servant of the people, Stalin announced the launch of the 'Namma Oor Namma Arasu' initiative, designed to identify and immediately resolve the three most urgent civic priorities of every rural village in the state without delay.

Stalin emphasized that the Dravidian Model administration is committed to building self-sufficient rural communities equipped with reliable public amenities, uninterrupted drinking water, proper sanitation, and modern digital connectivity. He stated that integrating village councils with internet infrastructure links rural citizens directly to global knowledge networks while streamlining public service delivery without administrative bottlenecks.

The Chief Minister reviewed community proposals submitted during the local assembly and instructed district officials to expedite project sanctions under the newly unveiled scheme. He affirmed that empowering local self-governance institutions ensures equitable development across all rural regions.
