Chief Minister M.K. Stalin led an extensive governance drive across multiple government departments, inaugurating critical welfare infrastructure and civic development projects throughout Tamil Nadu. Under the Social Welfare Department, Stalin opened 'Aran' residential homes in Shenoy Nagar, Chennai, and Anna Nagar, Madurai, providing safe accommodation and educational support for transgender persons to pursue self-reliant careers.
Recognizing that Tamil Nadu accounts for 43 percent of India's female factory workforce, the Industries Department opened modern child daycare crèches across 16 SIPCOT industrial parks, alongside mega food parks in Tindivanam and Theni. Stalin also dedicated 27 completed temple renovation projects across major shrines including Tiruchendur, Srirangam, Tiruvannamalai, and Palani, laid foundation stones for four temples including Marudhamalai, and distributed appointment orders for temple administration personnel.
Furthering professional legal education and eco-tourism, the Chief Minister inaugurated new academic buildings for Government Law Colleges in Madurai and Vellore, while unveiling upgraded tourism facilities at Jawadhu Hills, Kolli Hills, and Ponnaniar Dam. Stalin affirmed that these comprehensive initiatives demonstrate the Dravidian Model's holistic commitment to social justice, industrial empowerment, religious cultural heritage, and regional civic advancement across the state.
