Chief Minister M.K. Stalin visited Dharmapuri to attend the wedding of parliamentary constituency MP A. Mani's family, blessing the newly wedded couple Pragatheeswaran and Madhu Prathiksha. Combining political fellowship with official governance duties, the Chief Minister utilized the district visit to personally inspect key public infrastructure projects underway across the municipal area.

Stalin conducted an on-site review of the new Dharmapuri municipal bus stand construction, examining passenger amenities, vehicular bays, and access corridors to ensure high-quality execution and timely completion. More importantly, he reviewed progress on the long-awaited Dharmapuri SIPCOT industrial park—a core demand of local citizens for decades—issuing firm instructions to industries officials to accelerate pending civil works and ensure the industrial estate opens by December.

The Chief Minister emphasized that establishing SIPCOT in Dharmapuri will stimulate local manufacturing, attract private industrial investments, and create thousands of direct jobs for educated youth who currently migrate to distant cities for employment. Reaffirming his dedication to balanced regional development, Stalin pledged that Dharmapuri's economic transformation remains a priority under Dravidian Model governance.

He reiterated that the upcoming SIPCOT estate will serve as a powerful economic catalyst for the entire district.
