Commemorating the historic founding of the South Indian Liberal Federation (Justice Party) in November 1916 under the resonant declaration "நம் உரிமைக்குரலின் உதயம்!" (The dawn of our voice of rights!), M.K. Stalin honored the visionary pioneers who launched the modern social justice movement. Established by Dr. C. Natesa Mudaliar, Sir P. Theagaraya Chetty, and Dr. T.M. Nair, the Justice Party transformed the political destiny of South India.

Stalin highlighted the monumental achievements of the Justice Party: enacting the historic Communal Government Order of 1921 that introduced reservations, initiating the midday meal scheme in Chennai schools, granting women the right to vote, and establishing the HR&CE board. This century-long continuum—from the Justice Party and the Self-Respect Movement to the DMK—guaranteed education and employment for the children of the soil. Stalin affirmed that the DMK proudly carries forward this sacred duty.
