M.K. Stalin congratulated veteran Tamil actor Sivakumar and painter Chandru on receiving honorary doctorates at the convocation ceremony of Tamil Nadu Dr. J. Jayalalithaa Music and Fine Arts University. Addressing graduating students, Stalin said that just as economics and production matter for a society's material progress, the arts are equally vital to intellectual growth, urging graduates to create enduring works that bring pride to Tamil society. He advised students to master new technologies while remaining confident that no advance in artificial intelligence can surpass human imagination. Stalin invoked the state's tradition of honoring artists from the poet Valluvar to musician Isaignani, and pledged that his government, describing itself as following the 'Dravidian Model', would continue supporting students' creative endeavours. No specific funding or new scheme is announced; the tweet centers on the convocation ceremony and its honorees.
