M.K. Stalin announced that the foundation stone had been laid for the Tamil Nadu Hajj House, a facility he had first announced on March 3. In the tweet, he stated that construction work would be expedited so the building could be completed and formally opened. No further details on the location, cost, or capacity of the Hajj House are provided in the tweet. The announcement reflects a welfare infrastructure initiative aimed at the state's Muslim community, moving from initial announcement to the foundation-laying stage.
