Conferring prestigious state literary and social justice awards on eminent scholars, poets, and activists on Thiruvalluvar Day, M.K. Stalin celebrated the intellectual stalwarts who enrich Tamil civilization. The annual honors recognize lifelong contributions to classical literature, rationalist thought, and communal harmony.

Stalin emphasized that the Dravidian movement has always revered scholars who challenge social dogma and champion human dignity. Under his leadership, award cash endowments were significantly enhanced, and historic manuscripts were digitized for global public access. The honored scholars praised the Chief Minister for upholding Tamil cultural values with dignified state patronage.
