M.K. Stalin says the memory of DMK founder Perarignar Anna (C.N. Annadurai) is honored every day, noting that DMK governments have named roads, statues, libraries, and bus stands after him across Tamil Nadu. He also accuses the BJP-led Union Government of trying to impose language and cultural policies and financially squeeze the state, declaring such moves will be rejected in Anna's Tamil Nadu.

In a tribute marking the remembrance day of Perarignar Anna (C.N. Annadurai), founder of the DMK and a former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Chief Minister M.K. Stalin said Anna remains the 'conscience of Tamils' and is remembered every day, not only on his death anniversary. Stalin noted that successive DMK governments have named numerous public assets after Anna, including roads, statues, a library, and bus terminals, across the state. He then pivoted to a political attack on the Union government, accusing it of pursuing what he called 'language imposition,' 'cultural imposition,' and 'financial squeeze' against Tamil Nadu while enlisting political defectors to its cause. Using the hashtag #GetOut, Stalin asserted that such attempts by the BJP-led Union government would be rejected in Anna's Tamil Nadu, concluding that regardless of how many years pass, it is Anna's ideals that continue to govern the state.
