These included laying the foundation for a road overbridge on the East Coast Road between Thiruvanmiyur and Uthandi at an estimated cost of Rs 2,100 crore, and for the Anjalai Ammal Arivulagam building in Cuddalore worth Rs 98.26 crore. A road was renamed and opened in honour of 'Dravida Mani' Irattai Malai Srinivasan. Under the Industries Department's initiative with IIT Madras, a company named EROS GEN AI launched a 'Large Cultural Voice Models' (LCVM) project developed in Tamil Nadu. Foundation stones were laid for three Tidel Neo parks in Tirunelveli, Virudhunagar, and Erode districts, and for a small dam across the Koyilmalaiyaru river in Vellore district. Taiwan's ADATA Technology subsidiary, ADATA Semiconductor, committed Rs 931 crore to set up a DRAM and flash-drive manufacturing plant at SIPCOT Sriperumbudur. A 250-bed Kalaignar Centenary hostel opened in Perumugai village, Vellore, alongside a government staff quarters building in Chennai's Saidapet. The School Education Department opened 1,232 classroom buildings across 217 schools in 35 districts, built at a cost of Rs 296.62 crore. Reconstructed dam and lake works in Ranipet and Chengalpattu districts were also opened, along with completed and new temple works under the HR&CE Department, and awards were given to Thenkasi, Kanniyakumari, and Tirunelveli district administrations for improving child sex ratios.
