Stalin listed IT-sector infrastructure achievements under his government, including two TIDEL Parks and 16 NeoTIDEL Parks either completed or under construction across Tamil Nadu, contrasted with only one TIDEL Park foundation laid by the previous AIADMK government. கடந்த 2016-21 அ.தி.மு.க. ஆட்சியின் இறுதிக்காலத்தில் ஒரே ஒரு டைடல் பூங்காவுக்கு மட்டுமே அடிக்கல் நாட்டினர்.
நமது #DravidianModel ஆட்சியில், அவர்கள் அடிக்கல் நாட்டிய பட்டாபிராம் டைடல் பூங்காவை விரைந்து முடித்துத் திறந்தது மட்டுமல்ல,
விழுப்புரம், தஞ்சாவூர், சேலம், தூத்துக்குடி, திருப்பூர், வேலூர், காரைக்குடி ஆகிய ஏழு இடங்களில், சுமார் 4,200 பேருக்கு வேலைவாய்ப்பை வழங்கும் #NeoTIDELPark-களை நிறுவித் திறந்து வைத்துள்ளோம்.
இதுமட்டுமின்றி, மதுரை மற்றும் திருச்சி ஆகிய இரண்டு இடங்களில், சுமார் 12,000 பேருக்கு வேலைவாய்ப்பை வழங்கும் #TIDELPark-களும், திருவண்ணாமலை, இராசிபுரம், நாகர்கோயில், திருநெல்வேலி, விருதுநகர், ஈரோடு, கரூர், புதுக்கோட்டை, நாகப்பட்டினம் ஆகிய ஒன்பது இடங்களில், சுமார் 5,400 பேருக்கு வேலைவாய்ப்பை வழங்கும் #NeoTIDELPark-உம் அமைப்பதற்கு அடிக்கல் நாட்டப்பட்டுள்ளது.

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin outlined the expansion of the state's IT infrastructure under his government, crediting former Chief Minister Kalaignar M. Karunanidhi's vision for originally establishing TIDEL Parks to boost the state's information technology sector. He noted that during the final phase of the 2016-21 AIADMK government, only one TIDEL Park's foundation stone was laid, at Pattabiram, which his government has since completed and opened. Under his administration, he said seven NeoTIDEL Parks have been established and opened in Villupuram, Thanjavur, Salem, Thoothukudi, Tiruppur, Vellore and Karaikudi, together expected to provide employment to about 4,200 people. Additionally, two TIDEL Parks in Madurai and Tiruchirappalli, projected to employ about 12,000 people, and nine more NeoTIDEL Parks in Thiruvannamalai, Rasipuram, Nagercoil, Tirunelveli, Virudhunagar, Erode, Karur, Pudukkottai and Nagapattinam, expected to employ about 5,400 people, have had their foundations laid. Stalin framed this as an effort to spread IT-sector growth and employment opportunities across all districts of the state.
