In an Erode campaign speech, M.K. Stalin predicted a big DMK win, describing the NDA alliance as a coalition of forces he says have betrayed Tamil Nadu. He listed grievances including NEET, the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), the National Education Policy (NEP), the Keeladi archaeological site dispute, an alleged refusal of a Coimbatore-Madurai metro project, and unfair tax devolution, contrasting these with DMK's self-described 'Dravidian Model' achievements.

⚠️ #NEET, #CAA, #NEP, #

Campaigning in Erode, the birthplace of social reformer Periyar, DMK president and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin predicted a large victory for his party in the 2026 Tamil Nadu Assembly election. He described the NDA alliance as a grouping of parties he said had jointly betrayed the state, claiming no state that allowed the BJP to gain a foothold had subsequently developed. Stalin listed a set of Centre-State grievances: the NEET medical entrance exam, the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), the National Education Policy (NEP), the Keeladi excavation site dispute, an alleged refusal to sanction a Coimbatore-Madurai metro rail project, and what he called injustice in the devolution of tax revenues to Tamil Nadu. He contrasted this list of grievances with what he described as DMK's record of development under its 'Dravidian Model', and urged party workers to carry the DMK's 2026 election manifesto to every household ahead of polling.
