Spread the word to your friends and families to support DMK and its allies.

Making a heartfelt, direct appeal to the democratic conscience of citizens across Tamil Nadu on March 12, 2014, DMK Treasurer M. K. Stalin urged every supporter and progressive citizen to spread the word among friends, colleagues, and family networks to vote for the DMK and its alliance candidates. Stalin emphasized that elections are not merely a contest between competing political symbols, but a historic referendum on the future of democratic governance, federalism, and social justice. He pointed out that under three years of AIADMK rule, the common people of Tamil Nadu had suffered relentless hardships—from crippling electricity shortages that paralyzed industries to rampant corruption and astronomical price increases for basic commodities. Stalin noted that individual conversations between trusted family members and neighbors represent the most authentic, persuasive form of democratic persuasion. He urged citizens to explain the transformative achievements of previous DMK administrations under Dr. Kalaignar Karunanidhi and the comprehensive welfare commitments laid out in the 2014 manifesto. Stalin affirmed that when ordinary citizens become active ambassadors of democratic change, no authoritarian regime can resist their collective will. He urged all to unite for victory.
