Stalin noted that rural communities were enduring acute distress due to erratic drinking water supply, devastating power cuts, and the complete collapse of agricultural support systems under Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa's aloof administration. He promised to listen closely to local grievances and articulate the DMK's progressive solutions for economic revival. Stalin called upon party cadres to prepare for intensive field outreach, affirming that direct public communion is the unbeatable strength of the Dravidian movement.
