He emphasized that electing a dedicated doctor and experienced public servant like Muthaiyan would ensure that Villupuram's urgent developmental priorities—including upgrading rural primary health centers, resolving drinking water shortages, and securing fair sugarcane procurement prices—are forcefully championed in Parliament.
