My S. Chennai campaign completes with T Nagar public meeting. Is there one over-bridge/subway that ADMK govt built in this tenure or last?

Editorial context

Addressing a mammoth public gathering at T. Nagar to conclude his South Chennai election tour on April 6, 2014, DMK Treasurer M. K. Stalin posed a direct, uncompromising challenge to Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa regarding her infrastructure track record. Stalin challenged the AIADMK administration to identify even a single over-bridge, flyover, or pedestrian subway that their government had successfully planned, funded, and built in Chennai during their current three-year tenure or during their previous five-year term. He pointed out that while the AIADMK collected billions of rupees in civic taxes, public funds were squandered on self-promotional advertisements, leaving critical infrastructure projects paralyzed. Stalin emphasized that every major bridge, grade separator, and elevated expressway facilitating Chennai's bustling vehicular traffic was conceived, engineered, and completed under DMK governance led by Dr. Kalaignar Karunanidhi and during his own tenure as Mayor of Chennai. He told the vast audience that the AIADMK's total inability to answer this question exposed their developmental bankruptcy. Stalin urged the people of South Chennai to vote for the Rising Sun symbol to restore visionary urban governance. He affirmed that tangible developmental performance remains the true measure of democratic governance.
