I have complained to EC on distribution of cash by AIADMK through out the state.
Taking aggressive institutional action to defend electoral purity, DMK Treasurer M. K. Stalin on April 23, 2014, submitted an urgent formal petition to the Election Commission of India detailing extensive, organized cash distribution by the ruling AIADMK across all parliamentary constituencies in Tamil Nadu. Stalin provided concrete evidence, including dates, locations, vehicle numbers, and local administrative complicity, showing that crores of unaccounted rupees were being funneled into rural and urban wards to bribe voters on the eve of polling. He pointed out that local law enforcement personnel, instead of enforcing the Model Code of Conduct, were actively shielding ruling party distribution networks and intimidating opposition election agents. Stalin warned that such brazen subversion of democratic norms makes a mockery of constitutional governance and discredits the entire electoral process. He demanded the immediate deployment of central paramilitary forces, round-the-clock aerial surveillance, and unannounced raids on suspected AIADMK distribution points. Stalin pledged that the DMK will leave no stone unturned in preserving free and fair elections, standing firm as the foremost guardian of the public franchise. He affirmed that democratic rights must always be protected with vigilant civic resolve.
