He explained that the AIADMK government's abrupt decision to increase retail milk prices and residential electricity tariffs had dealt a devastating blow to low-income families and salaried households already coping with severe inflation. Stalin pointed out that rather than stabilizing state finances through efficient management and plugging rampant transmission leakages, the ruling regime chose to burden common citizens with punitive tariffs. Calling upon the youth to organize non-violent, disciplined demonstrations in every district headquarters, Stalin stated that the voice of the youth must reverberate across Tamil Nadu to demand an immediate rollback. He expressed confidence that the youth wing's collective energy would channel widespread public discontent into a powerful democratic movement, demonstrating that the DMK will persistently fight to protect working-class families from anti-people economic policies.
