Stalin pointed out that he had formally identified and submitted detailed technical proposals for vital community development projects across Kolathur, including community halls, modernized school classrooms, drinking water reverse osmosis plants, and pavement enhancements. Despite budgetary clearances and explicit statutory mandates, district administrative authorities and municipal engineering departments had completely stalled execution without providing any valid explanation. He condemned the ruling AIADMK government for practicing petty partisan discrimination, intentionally sabotaging infrastructure initiatives in opposition-represented constituencies to deprive local residents of essential civic amenities. Stalin asserted that public development funds belong to taxpayers and must never be blocked for political point-scoring. He demanded that the district collectorate immediately release tenders, expedite pending project execution, and fulfill statutory obligations to upgrade neighborhood infrastructure across Kolathur without further bureaucratic delay, ensuring that citizens receive the vital municipal facilities they rightfully deserve under the law.
